Anyone who knows me personally will know that I love stationery. I love to write on paper, even if I later type my notes up, and am nearly always to be found with a notebook and pen or pencil about me. So, I was thrilled to be offered a Doodle collection notebook for review.
They sent me the beautiful, unlined Felicity Kraft Notebook set. These charming notebooks are bound with a soft natural brown thin cardboard cover, and stitched securely through the centre. Each book has 40 pages, or 80 sides, for you to doodle or note take to your heart’s content! The set that I was sent had a larger notebook and a smaller one. The larger of the two had beautiful mint coloured pages, and the smaller one had pages coloured a delicate shade of purple.
The paper is lovely. I know it might sound strange but somehow a good notebook always makes me want to write in a special way, and these are perfect for that. Diaries, poetry, thoughts and feelings, log books, sketch books or doodle pads, you could use them for anything.
As there were two sizes in this bundle, it meant that I can keep one one at home and one in a handbag or in the car. Chief certainly follows my love of writing though so I’m not sure that I’ll be able to keep them both to myself for long!
Doodle have so many lovely designs aside from these two, many of which are aimed towards different ages, genders and interests, and they also sell mugs, coasters and notecards. Take a look to see for yourself. You can also peruse and buy their products on Amazon.
Mine were sent via international courier from Mumbai, so if you’re in the UK do factor in slightly longer delivery times, but for the price and the quality of the product I would happily wait. The packaging was excellent, with bubble wrap and a cardboard box protecting them through their journey.
