A favourite for anyone who likes a pudding as much as we all do 😉
For the crumble topping:
50g soft brown sugar
For the filling:
1 apple, peeled and thinly sliced
1. Add the flour, sugar and butter together and rub until it resembles fine breadcrumbs.
2. Tip the blueberries into a pie dish.
3. Cover the blueberries with apple slices.
4. Top with crumble mix.
5. Bake at 160 degrees (for fan assisted ovens) for 15 – 20 minutes, until the crumble topping is lightly brown.
Serve and enjoy (I add custard, ice cream or yoghurt to our bowls with this one).
