Writing my blog, or indeed when I sometimes foray into writing fictional work, I like to be able to carry my laptop around with me, along with various accessories, pens and of course my trusty notepad. In the last few years, the choice of laptop bags has massively increased from the dull black leatherette shoulder bags of old. The Estarer Bag aims to not only look attractive and provide plenty of space and pockets, but to also be comfortable to carry the load of a laptop and more as well.
The rucksack design allows you to quickly get your laptop in and out and it provides multiple differently sized pockets and sections to keep laptop accessories, stationery and your day to day bits in their rightful places. Perfect for my assortment of post-it notes and highlighter pens! The straps are comfortable and easily adjustable, enabling you to get the bag in just the right position on your back. This level of comfort would certainly make a commute with a laptop and other work related items much easier. Long gone are the days when I struggled on and off a tube train with a suitcase full of my work stuff.
Interestingly the Estarer also provides an external USB and audio port, allowing you to charge your phone from your laptop if it provides that facility or keep your phone safe and dry while plugging your headphones in.
Its grey lightweight canvas like material is splash-proof and looks smart, contrasting nicely with the zips which can be hidden.
I think that the professional look of this bag really adds to its appeal. It doesn’t look overly formal, but equally will hold its own in an office.
If you’re looking for a practical but thoughtful gift at any time of the year, you can take a closer look at this bag here.
