I was delighted by how many of you contacted me last year to say that you found my weekly meal planner (here) useful, so I thought I would do another one for you all this year. I’ll be really honest, my meal planning goes from being super organised to being a ‘freezer surprise’ as a friend calls it, so I don’t think I’d be sharing any pearls of wisdom if I did this on a regular basis but, you know, once a year seems like a good fit at the moment!
