Gift vouchers are such a great present for those who live further away or are hard to buy for. Guaranteed to provide a real treat for the recipient and, perhaps, introduce them to something new.

Silvia at YogaBellies Warwick and Leamington offers vouchers for her classes and I could not recommend them highly enough. In fact, my husband has already said that he’ll buy me one 😉

YogaBellies Christmas

I first met Silvia when I attended her mum to be class. You can read my review here. Last week I had the pleasure of returning for her Core Play group. Although it is aimed at all levels of yoga practitioners, I had read that this class is designed to be more energetic. Initially I was a little nervous about how my body would hold up, especially as I have reduced function in my arms. I need not have worried though, the class was great. Silvia talked us through alternatives of the various Rising Sun Salutes and I was comfortable throughout. The following day I felt as though I had been to an aerobic workout, which was exactly the type of response that I hoped for. All the benefits but in an achievable way.

Silvia also runs a Luna session which she describes as being much more focused on gentle stretches and relaxation. I’m tempted to try that out in the future too.

For now though, I am looking forward to joining her for more up-tempo yoga sessions!

YogaBellies supports women through yoga in every stage of their life. If you would like to find out more, including up to date pricing information and how to purchase gift vouchers, please visit Silvia’s Facebook page, here.

N.B. I attended the Core Play session last week for free, but I am genuinely going to pay for (or be gifted by my husband) further sessions!
